Job summary

Glean is seeking a SLED Solutions Engineer based in Washington, DC to collaborate with state and local government customers. You will guide tailored technical solutions utilizing Glean’s AI-powered search, while managing complex stakeholder deal cycles. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills.

This remote role offers a competitive compensation package including an OTE range of $110,000 – $235,000 annually, comprehensive benefits such as health coverage and stipends for home office and wellness.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Proven track record with technical deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design tailored solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in the public sector.
• Manage technical POC cycle and ensure customer satisfaction.
