Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, seeks a field-based Client Executive for the Washington SLED market. You will lead sales for IT hardware, software and services, engaging elected officials, city managers, CIOs and CISOs to grow existing business within the SLED sector.

You will use Microsoft CRM, collaborate with partners, and drive growth through strategic GTM plans while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling technology hardware, software or complex technical solutions to public sector customers.
• Experience managing large managed service agreements and multi‑million contracts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; willing to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and close opportunities in the SLED segment by selling IT solutions.
• Develop relationships with decision makers and influencers across target accounts.
• Collaborate with partners (Microsoft, Cisco, HP, Dell, VMware) on sales efforts.
• Forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools and disciplined territory management.
