Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Site Quality Specialist to lead quality work at project sites across the continental United States.

The role requires relocation to new sites and oversight of quality activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes, including audits and training of site personnel. The candidate should have a technical or engineering quality background, 5+ years of site quality experience or a strong HS+9+ year path, and ISO9001 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, engineering or quality management or 9+ years site quality experience with a HS diploma.
• Willingness to relocate for project locations across the continental US.
• ISO9001 knowledge is required and certified auditor is a plus.
• Experience with quality systems, completion systems, and site inspections.
• Fluent English (written + spoken) and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual and local quality requirements and project plans.
• Lead and monitor quality work during site execution and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Provide training on quality management systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review ITP/ITR, test certificates and erection documentation for accuracy.
• Organize site inspections, acceptance testing, and site KPIs reporting.
