Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Quality Manager for our North American Services team in the U.S. This onsite role, with a hybrid option in Mt. Pleasant, PA, focuses on leading quality culture across field services and operations to improve safety, reliability and sustainability of high‑voltage infrastructure.

You will coach teams on 8D/RCA, drive ISO certification, analyze quality data, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes.
• 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors.
• Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred.
• Candidate must already have work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment of quality strategies across Field Services and Operations across select regions of the U.S.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution of customer-reported non-conformances
• Coach teams on problem-solving tools like 8D, RCA, and non-conformance management
• Manage internal audits and ensure ISO certification compliance
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate across business units to harmonize and digitize quality processes
• Support warehouse inspections and ensure audit readiness
• Champion customer feedback through non-conformance reporting and customer survey analysis
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
