Job summary

WHC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Lead to manage project-level QC activities across various project locations. The role includes ownership of the Quality Plan, ITP libraries, inspector deployment, and non-conformance resolution, interfacing with clients and project management.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills, experience in QA/QC for oil, gas, or pipeline projects, and familiarity with EDMS/CDE platforms and QTP data. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field; equivalent demonstrated experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years in a QC leadership role with direct supervision of inspectors.
• Experience with EDMS/CDE platforms and digital quality tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enforce the project Quality Plan in accordance with the Sector Quality Manual and applicable codes.
• Lead the development, review, and approval of project-specific ITPs and procedures.
• Direct the deployment of QC Inspectors across project work fronts with proper qualifications.
• Own hold-point management and witness-point coordination with client and third-party inspectors.
• Govern conformance: issue, track, and close NCRs; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Interface daily with Project Manager, Construction Manager, and client QC representatives.
