Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Site Quality Lead to ensure quality and compliance of construction, building and commissioning at customer sites across North America. You will maintain the site quality plan, conduct audits, and coordinate with clients, project teams, subcontractors and quality engineers.

The role requires strong judgment and travel up to 90%. This remote-friendly position offers healthcare, retirement and professional development opportunities within GE Vernova's global quality program,

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills and leadership abilities.
Experience leading teams and coordinating contractors in field environments.
Knowledge of safety, lockout/tagout and EHS expectations on customer sites.
PMP certification is a plus; project management experience valued.
Degree in Construction, quality management, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

Check customer requirements are fully determined and considered on all site activities.
Inform customers of quality issues and progress per contractual requirements.
Prepare and update Site Quality Plans and ITPs for site activities.
Monitor ITPs, participate in site inspections and ensure proper documentation.
Lead site quality reviews and coordinate with client, project team and subcontractors.
Manage deviations/NCs, non-conformance reports and remedial actions.
