Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Project Quality Leader to head a team of Quality Engineers supporting a portfolio of high‑voltage and infrastructure projects in the U.S. You will ensure all quality deliverables meet customer specifications and contract requirements.

You will drive the Project Quality Plan, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, manage non‑conformities, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while upholding GE Vernova's quality standards across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of quality engineering experience on large EPC/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in U.S.-based EPC/large infra projects is required.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT, Field construction quality, and standards (IEEE/ANSI/NEEMA/NEMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project quality engineers across multiple projects.
• Own centralized quality assurance activities from inquiry to order (ITO) and order to remittance (OTR).
• Develop and implement Project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis, manage non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement.
