Compass Group USA is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily facilities operations at a client site, including Shipping & Receiving, Housekeeping, vendor management, and workplace services. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while supporting client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in operations leadership, experience managing teams and contractors, and a solid understanding of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading operations, facilities, logistics, or workplace services.
• Experience managing teams and contract service providers.
• Strong knowledge of QA, EHS, HR, and financial management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure service levels are met.
• Manage Shipping & Receiving and Housekeeping programs.
• Coordinate and oversee third-party vendors and service providers.
• Supervise and develop frontline associates and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards and safety requirements.
• Support budgeting, labor management, and cost control.
• Partner with Human Resources on hiring and training.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships and resolve issues.
