Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Site Network Business Development Director to expand sponsor and CRO relationships and grow opportunities for WCG Site Network sites.

The role targets strategic partnerships, expanding access to studies within client accounts, and representing WCG Site Network at industry events. Travel 10–20% is required; a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in pharma/Life sciences.
• Proven ability to source, develop and close new business.
• Executive-level client penetration and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Site Network; prospect, qualify, and sell services.
• Manage global pharma/CRO client relationships for WCG Site Network.
• Identify and close trial opportunities aligning with Site Network capabilities.
• Coordinate with leaders to deliver compelling and goal driven solutions for clients and prospects.
• Develop account strategies and prepare client presentations to company standards.
• Negotiate and maintain sponsor/CRO relationships; travel as needed.
• Harvest opportunities within existing accounts and identify new companies.
• Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding competitor offerings.
• Serve as enterprise expert for Site Network sales strategy and cross-service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and service lines on enterprise plans.
• Attend and be punctual; other duties as assigned.
