Job summary

WCG is seeking a Site Network Business Development Director to identify, develop, and expand sponsor and CRO relationships, increasing clinical trial opportunities for WCG Site Network investigative sites. You will target strategic relationships, access new study opportunities, and represent WCG at industry events.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years sales experience in life sciences, with a proven ability to source and close new business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years sales experience in pharma/life sciences.
• Proven ability to independently source, develop, and close net new business.
• Executive level client penetration and development experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; matrixed team selling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and sell Site Network services.
• Manage global pharmaceutical and CRO client relationships.
• Develop account strategies and client presentations.
• Coordinate with legal on contracts and CDAs.
• Travel 10-20% as required.
