Genentech, a Roche subsidiary, seeks a Clinical Research Engagement Lead to drive country-level site engagement and strategy within Clinical Operations. You will act as the primary site-facing partner, coordinating with investigators, CROs, and internal teams to ensure fast, compliant trial execution.

You will oversee start-up, site performance, and communications, traveling domestically as needed, with a focus on oncology and multiple domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant clinical research or clinical operations experience.
• Experience in end-to-end product development and understanding of ICH/GCP.
• Strong site relationship management and ability to oversee complex trials.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes country-level site engagement strategies.
• Identifies optimal sites and accelerates recruitment during protocol concept and study setup.
• Manages site relationships and acts as primary point of contact with investigators, pharmacists, and administration.
• Escalates issues and supports site visits to boost recruitment.
• Partners with Medical Affairs, Study Start-Up, and CROs for unified site communication and documentation.
