Job summary

GSK is seeking an Associate Director Site Engagement to lead long-term partnerships with Oncology sites and institutions in the United States, shaping the trial environment and ensuring timely, high-quality results. You will interface between GSK and external sites to optimize study delivery and site performance.

The role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and deep knowledge of the drug development process, with travel up to 60% and a focus on building a robust site network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years of relevant Clinical Operations experience.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (Domestic).
• Experience in respiratory and/or hepatology.
• Proficient knowledge of the Drug Development Process.
• Excellent understanding of the Clinical Study Process, including monitoring.
• Demonstrated track record of establishing and growing partnerships with strategic sites / institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic environmental surveillance to anticipate regulatory and operational changes affecting sites.
• Lead development and expansion of a US site network spanning academic centers, community practices, and emerging site models.
• Drive performance with KPI targets and periodic reviews with external partners.
• Identify bottlenecks at study and site level and develop mitigation plans to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with Feasibility, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs to optimize site placement and study performance.
