Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Site Engagement Associate Director to develop and oversee long-term relationships with US sites and institutions, building a robust clinical trials environment.

The role drives strategic partnerships with academic centers and community practices, aligns with GSK clinical teams, and ensures high-quality study delivery. It is a remote US position with a required hybrid in-person engagement and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related field and minimum 5 years in clinical research operations.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and growing partnerships with strategic sites/institutions.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of digital solutions and technology in clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with US sites and institutions.
• Lead expansion of the US site network across academia and community practices.
• Provide insight on site landscape trends and operational risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site activation timelines.
