Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support telecom infrastructure projects across North America.

You will handle leases, zoning, regulatory coordination, and permitting while coordinating with architects, engineers, land surveyors, and project managers to ensure timely site acquisition for critical routes. You will work with the team to negotiate, prepare agreements, and monitor budgets and schedules, traveling to project sites as needed and

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site acquisition experience with telecom or utility projects.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor team members and manage schedules.
• Experience with lease reviews, zoning/permit approvals, and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate leases with landowners and clients and prepare related documents.
• Oversee zoning and permitting processes and secure approvals for telecom routes.
• Develop and manage SCIP packages and coordinate site requirements.
• Prepare and monitor site budgets and schedules for timely delivery.
• Coordinate power, easements, title reviews, and survey evaluations.
• Review purchase agreements and other legal documents.
• Build strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders to facilitate acquisitions.
