Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Specialist to support telecom infrastructure projects. You will manage site acquisition, leases, regulatory coordination, and zoning, working with architects, engineers, land surveyors, and PMs to ensure successful routes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in site acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of site acquisition experience.
• Experience with lease reviews, zone and permit approvals for telecom or utilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate leases with landowners and clients, including site investigations and document prep.
• Oversee zoning and permitting processes; secure necessary approvals for telecom routes.
• Develop and manage SCIP packages and coordinate site requirements.
• Prepare and monitor site budgets and schedules for timely delivery.
• Coordinate power to sites, easements, title reviews, and surveys.
• Review purchase agreements and other legal documents.
