Job summary
Canonical is seeking a Silicon Alliances Ecosystem Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with semiconductor partners and align open-source solutions with Canonical products across global teams. This role supports a remote-first environment with global travel for sprints and partner meetings.
You will work across engineering, product, and marketing to shape joint offerings, manage multi-stakeholder programs, and develop go-to-market plans that accelerate hardware-software
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in science, technology or engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience in software and system architecture preferred.
- Customer-facing experience in business development or tech strategy.
- Ability to operate across strategic and tactical levels in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Represent Canonical and its solutions to silicon partners.
- Understand partner strategies and identify overlaps with Canonical products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing and sales to define joint offerings.
- Create robust project plans and track execution.
- Develop joint Go-To-Market strategies and campaigns with partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage complex programs.
