ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking qualified ASL interpreters to provide high quality video relay and video remote interpreting for consumers. The role emphasizes fluency in ASL, strong English, professional conduct, and adherence to NAD-RID standards.

Interpreters will fulfill a 15‑hour, six‑week scheduling cycle; training includes a 40‑hour New Hire program and ongoing professional development. A supportive benefits package is available where scheduling flexibility applies.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpretation and Deaf culture understanding.
• Knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Exhibit professional behavior including punctuality and preparedness for shifts, and timely record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.

• Onsite interpreting offered based on business need; driving may be required for onsite work.
