ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a qualified interpreter to provide high quality American Sign Language interpretation via video in a call center. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpretation, and strict adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Interpreters will participate in a 15-hour per 6-week scheduling round with benefits including telehealth, community work when available, flexible scheduling, 401(k) with employer match, EAP, and massage

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpretation skills required.
• Knowledge of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide video relay service and video remote interpreting for consumers.
• Maintain professional attitude and excellent customer service.
