Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a full-time Sign Language Interpreter to provide high-quality video relay and on-site interpreting for customers, under management supervision and in line with NAD-RID ethical standards. Interpreters may work remotely via video or travel to various client sites as needed.

Requirements include fluent ASL and English, ability to travel, pass a skills assessment, and complete a 40-hour New Hire Training.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and English for accurate interpretation.
• Understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code.
• 3–5 years interpreting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay, video remote and onsite interpreting.
• Deliver professional, courteous customer service.
• Maintain punctuality, preparation, and accurate record keeping.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
