Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC is seeking a part-time Sign Language Interpreter to deliver high-quality ASL interpretation via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site services for diverse customers in a fast-paced call center and client sites.

The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpretation, knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing assignments and schedules while maintaining professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.
• Understanding of the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company's mission and values.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a respectful and professional attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined by the company and FCC regulations.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technologies.
