Job summary

ZP Better Together, LLC seeks a skilled ASL interpreter to deliver high-quality video interpreting through a call center. Fluency in ASL and spoken English, accurate interpretation, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code are essential.

Candidates should be able to meet the 15-hour per 6-week schedule, pass an interpretation skills assessment, and complete a 40-hour new hire training. Onsite work is possible based on business needs; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Accurate interpretation skills essential.
• Thorough knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Understanding Deaf culture strongly preferred.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred but not required.

• Provide effective video relay service and video remote interpreting.
• Maintain professional and respectful customer service.
