Job summary

ViaQuest is seeking a Shared Living Provider to offer direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in your own home. The role includes a required training program, CPR/First Aid certifications, and a competitive daily stipend.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while ensuring health and safety, with ongoing support from ViaQuest. Responsibilities include supervising and assisting individuals in daily life, enabling independence, and coordinating community outings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fewer than 6 points on the last two years' driving record.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Willingness to share your home and a spare bedroom.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Provide personal care assistance and help with health and safety needs.
• Participate in community outings and appointments with transportation support.
