ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Shared Living Provider contractor to offer direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities from your home in Bucyrus, Ohio. This remote, home-based role is full-time with a daily stipend and offers training and ongoing support.

You will help individuals achieve greater independence, safety, and community participation while managing personal care tasks and transportation to appointments. Training is provided as part of the program.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Fewer than 6 points on your motor vehicle record in the last two years.
• Spare bedroom and willingness to share your home.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and support to individuals to foster independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervise, teach, and assist individuals in all aspects of daily living.
• Integrate the individual into your everyday life.
• Provide personal care assistance.
• Assist with community outings and appointments, including transportation.
