Job summary

Beacon Account Services is building a Settlement Solutions team and seeks a leader to coach a group of specialists, drive one-call closes, and structure sustainable repayment plans with empathy and compliance. You will guide the team to stay with clients until resolution and ensure audit-ready processes.

You’ll shape coaching rhythms, queue management standards, and a culture of compliant, empathetic resolution, with remote opportunities in Texas and Arizona.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing or leading teams in consumer finance or debt resolution.
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA, Regulation F, and state debt rules.
• Ability to build structure and processes in early-stage teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach specialists to achieve one-call closes with clear, empathetic communication.
• Conduct 1-on-1s, call reviews, and account assessments to diagnose hardships and ensure compliance.
• Track metrics and support complex, sensitive client cases.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine payment plan guidelines and transitions after calls.
