House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions reach settlement promptly. You will coordinate with title companies, manage contracts in the CRM, and support marketing and construction alignment to list properties efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong communication, two or more years in the settlement/title field, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely to move properties to market quickly.
• Act as dedicated representative to customers through the settlement process.
• Review/enter contracts and settlement statements into the CRM accurately.
• Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements.
• Assist with property marketing (photos, listings, staging).
• Collaborate with construction to ensure projects are ready before listing.
• Support expansion into new geographic markets.
• Sign closing documents.
