Kroll Settlement Administration, part of Kroll’s Business Services division, is the leader in cutting‑edge technology and consulting services for class action, mass tort, regulatory remediation and government claims administration. The Analyst will join a team supporting a Senior Analyst, Manager and Director to deliver high-quality client service.

The role requires strong written communication, experience in proposal writing, and proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• College degree or comparable work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or sales support.
• Experience in Settlement Administration or legal field preferred.
• Strong written communication skills to draft professional proposals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and PDF editors.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Writing – Develop and write proposals to describe the estimated work for new opportunities.
• Project Management – Update the pipeline of work for the Sales Support Team and ensure timely completion.
• Salesforce Reporting & Updates – Update Salesforce records and run reports upon request.
