Job summary

Kroll Settlement Administration, part of Kroll’s Business Services division, is the leader in cutting‑edge technology and consulting for complex settlements worldwide. Senior Managers have client-facing project management responsibilities and act as subject matter experts across engagements.

They supervise Managers, Analysts and Coordinators, ensure timely milestones, manage budgets, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal and/or project management; budget responsibility preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Background in legal, banking or financial services/accounting or previous class action administration required.
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel, with strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
• Previous leadership experience with supervision duties (hiring, developing, disciplining teams).
• PMP certification or equivalent highly desirable.
• Paralegal experience or JD also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of Managers, Analysts, and Coordinators (potentially in multiple locations).
• Provides feedback, training, performance reviews, and builds strong team morale.
• Engages with clients to define needs and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
• Oversees project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Monitors billable hours, utilization, invoicing accuracy, and case budgets.
• Collaborates internally to support client needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Makes well-informed decisions and provides recommendations to leadership.
