Job summary

Kroll Settlement Administration, part of Kroll’s Business Services, seeks a Senior Manager to lead projects and teams across the country. You will ensure high-quality delivery, supervise managers and analysts, and maintain strong client relationships while driving process improvements.

As a senior leader, you will manage budgets, meet milestones, and collaborate with Directors and senior management to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in claims administration, account management, client services, paralegal or project management; budget responsibility preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Background in legal, banking or financial services/accounting or class action administration.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and strong planning/organizational skills.
• Paralegal/JD highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages a team of Managers, Analysts, and Coordinators, providing feedback, training and performance reviews.
• Ensures client expectations are met and cases are handled appropriately and timely.
• Oversees project milestones, delivery of client engagements, and adherence to settlement terms.
• Sets billable hour goals, monitors utilization and invoicing, and manages case budgets.
• Collaborates internally to meet client needs and foster continuous improvement.
• Makes informed, independent decisions and provides recommendations to senior management.
