Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a Servicing Quality Control Administrative Analyst to provide operational support to the Servicing QC department. This remote, hourly role involves handling loan files, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining documentation while serving as a client point of contact.

You will reconcile data, audit setups, and monitor SLAs, with duties spanning reporting, billing alignment, and liaison with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative support with mortgage industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Excel with high confidence.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks to maintain workflow.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Willingness to learn Mortgage Servicing terms and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile incoming loan files and data from clients.
• Communicate with auditors and clients regarding selections, file transfers, and problem solving.
• Set up audits, contact clients for missing documents, and monitor SLAs and audits.
• Map fields, set criteria in the system, and build sampling spreadsheets for audits.
• Assign reviews within audits to analysts and replace loans as needed.
• Prepare audit reporting within SLAs and verify loan counts match selections.
• Update Servicing Tracker with file, audit, reporting, and billing statuses.
• Ensure billing data aligns with reporting and client statements of work.
• Complete Servicing QC audit reviews on performing and non-performing loans.
• Attend internal and client meetings and assist Management with duties.
