Job summary

Firstsource is seeking a Servicing Quality Control Administrative Analyst for a remote, hourly role. The position supports the Servicing QC department, ensuring accuracy in processes, audits, and documentation.

You will be a key client contact, handling loan file reconciliation, audits, and reporting. The role requires 2+ years in an administrative/mortgage setting, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative support, Mortgage industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile incoming loan files and data from clients.
• Auditor and client communication regarding selections, file transfer issues, loan replacements, and client questions.
• Set up audits, contact clients for missing documents, monitor SLAs and audit completion.
• Assign reviews within audits and replace loans as needed.
• Prepare audit reports within SLAs and verify loan counts match selections.
