Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of sales, field service or electrical industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Eaton's electrical services offering to industrial, utility, commercial, data center and institutional customers in targeted market areas.
• Manage the customer relationship, providing sales support and technical expertise to distributors, end users, contractors and specifiers.
• Train and empower channel partners and manufacturing agents to sell services to end customers and contractors.
• Be a subject matter expert on the services offering for Eaton's electrical sales organization and support the region.
• Act as the voice of the customer to services operations and marketing teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence regarding competitive products, customer needs and buying habits.
• Prepare and present quotations to customers.
• Develop market-based growth strategies to ensure sustained success of Eaton's services product lines.
