Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to join our team. Location options include Austin, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, or San Antonio, TX; travel is required and a company vehicle is provided.

The role focuses on supporting customers through the power system lifecycle, with on-call field service coverage and expertise in protective relay testing and commissioning. Strong communication and safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service performing protective relay testing and commissioning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Residence within 50 miles of the work location.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting; identify and present additional sales opportunities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call availability in field service engineering and technical support for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and service shops.
• Generate timely service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Travel within district/state/region/country based on customer requirements.
