Qualifications

• Background in optical transport and networking environments including DWDM and L0/L1 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing service delivery projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and execution activities.
• Implement communication plans and provide project status updates, risk visibility, and resolution tracking.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans throughout delivery.
• Chair customer and internal project meetings to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Monitor execution against scope, resources, budget, and commitments.
• Interface with customers, engineering, sales, service delivery, partners, and finance to achieve objectives.
