Job summary

GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Service Delivery – Project Management to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for the implementation and activation of managed services portfolios across the Americas.

You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations and external vendors to ensure projects meet scope, timelines and customer expectations. You will drive service delivery performance, own KPIs and SLAs, and escalate risks while aligning with customer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of telecommunications experience
• 1+ year managing direct reports
• Experience delivering network, Ethernet, or managed services
• Experience with IP Transit, DIA, SD‑WAN, MPLS, Ethernet, or cloud networking
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers delivering customer-facing telecommunications projects
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet project milestones and business objectives
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks and issues
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and team capability
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and enterprise customers
