Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Lead Client Services Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of customer projects and act as the single point of contact for those clients during Day 1 phases and beyond.

You will oversee implementation, rollout, and delivery of products and services, manage risks, align stakeholders, and lead geographically diverse teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring high CSAT and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Professional Services organization is preferred.
• Experience with PMI Standards and approach. PMP certification is preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects for a portfolio of accounts.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients during Day 1 phases and beyond.
• Oversee implementation, rollout and delivery of products and services.
• Identify opportunities and partner with Services Sales to cultivate additional services.
• Manage risks, issues, and project budgets to achieve CSAT and revenue goals.
• Coordinate geographically diverse teams to deliver projects successfully.
