Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Services Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale SaaS delivery for the Americas ESIB organization. You will coordinate delivery teams and act as the primary customer contact to ensure value realization and successful outcomes.

The role requires strong executive communication, governance, and cross-functional leadership. You will work with Sales, Engagement Management, and customers to align priorities and drive project success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project manager or delivery leader role for enterprise-scale clients.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership across senior partners and cross-functional teams.
• Strong command of delivery fundamentals: scope, planning, dependency, risk, reporting.
• Comfort operating in technical environments with business-focused delivery.
• Proven problem-solving ability and leadership delivering outcomes across teams.
• Experience influencing partners and driving governance without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive value realization and align scope, value, and planning with stakeholders.
• Lead project governance, roles, responsibilities, and partner management.
• Oversee delivery across lifecycle to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engagement Management, and customers for KPI tracking.
• Lead project team, provide feedback, and support team development.
• Manage project financials, budgets, and revenue recognition.
