Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Services Account Specialist to join the East Services Team. You will drive a services business lifecycle from pre-sales through delivery, leading sales cycles and preparing proposals with business and technical requirements, schedules, and costs.

You will collaborate with sales to guide opportunities, ensure delivery readiness, and communicate value to customers. Expect remote work with frequent travel to meet clients and achieve bookings and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum demonstrated sales experience in a services or professional services context.
• Experience guiding complex service engagements from qualification through close.
• Familiarity with agile project delivery and cloud solution implementation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory and revenue by managing bookings and forecasts.
• Lead services proposals, including business and technical requirements, timelines, and costs.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and sales to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Negotiate master services agreements and statements of work with customers and legal.
