Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across the organization and client teams. You will work with Global Training and delivery teams to build a strong talent pipeline for successful ServiceNow implementations.

You will design materials, labs, and certification prep resources while mentoring trainers to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow trainings or enablement programs.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training in corporate/consulting environments.
• CSA certification is required.
• CIS certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
• Experience creating training materials and certification prep resources.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/MIS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training programs.
• Design and improve training content, labs, job aids, and certification prep.
• Partner with Global Training to align regional learning strategies.
• Mentor trainers and enable delivery teams for consistent quality.
• Assess learner progress and coach on readiness for certifications.
• Keep content updated to reflect current ServiceNow capabilities and market trends.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to training innovation.
• Track certification readiness across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
