Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead for a full-time remote opportunity in the United States. Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation and administration.
• 2+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB/CSDM and related modules.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and automated test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of developers, admins, and analysts.
• Enforce development standards, scoping, and release workflows.
• Mentor on scripting, Flow Designer, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, HRSD.
• Design enterprise integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP.
• Manage CMDB hierarchy, data reconciliation, and discovery schedules.
• Translate requirements into technical user stories and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with architects and IT operations to prioritize backlog.
