Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a ServiceNow Technical Trainer (Remote, US). You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training, develop hands-on labs and materials, and mentor teams across global regions.

You’ll ensure content stays current with ServiceNow capabilities and drive certification readiness for internal and client teams. With 5+ years of experience, CSA and CIS certifications, you will partner with Global Training and delivery teams to build a strong talent pipeline and successful

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations, training, or enablement programs.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training in corporate, consulting, or tech environments.
• CSA certification and CIS certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and certification resources.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/MIS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Design, develop, and improve learning content, labs, job aids, exercises, and certification prep resources.
• Partner with Global Training to align learning strategies with business priorities.
• Mentor trainers and enable teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress, coach, and prepare candidates for ServiceNow certifications and projects.
• Collaborate with SMEs to keep content current with platform capabilities and best practices.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to training innovation and capability development.
• Track certification readiness and support learning initiatives across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
