Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Trainer to develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that strengthen ServiceNow capabilities across the organization and client teams. You will work with the Academy for ServiceNow to build a strong talent pipeline and enable successful ServiceNow implementations.

You will design content, mentor trainers, and track certification readiness while aligning with global training strategies and market trends across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations, training, or enablement programs.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training in corporate/consulting/tech environments.
• CSA certification required.
• CIS certifications in at least two ServiceNow product areas required.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience developing training materials and certification prep resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and role-based ServiceNow training programs for internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Design, develop, and improve training content, hands-on labs, job aids, exercises, and certification prep resources.
• Partner with Global Training to support regional learning strategies.
• Mentor trainers, consultants, and team members to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Assess learner progress, provide coaching, and support readiness for ServiceNow certifications and project assignments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content reflects current platform capabilities and best practices.
• Promote knowledge-sharing and contribute to training innovation and capability development.
• Track certification readiness and support learning initiatives across Services, Sales, and Digital teams.
