The role emphasizes hands-on configuration and development — workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, and UI customization — to keep solutions upgrade-safe and performant.

The candidate will work remotely in the U.S., collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
Hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, and integrations.
UI customization and platform extensions to keep solutions upgrade-safe and performant.
