Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow Team Lead/Business Analyst for a full-time remote role. The candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture guidance, and delivery oversight for the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities include guiding platform roadmap execution, enforcing architecture standards (CSDM, CMDB governance), managing releases, and mentoring developers and system administrators across ITSM, ITOM, HAM/SAM, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, and HRSD.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow design, implementation, and admin work with 2+ years leading teams or projects.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs.
• ITSM, CMDB/CSDM experience plus two other modules (ITOM, ITAM/HAM, CSM, etc).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ITIL v4, ATF testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a team of developers, admins, and analysts.
• Enforce ServiceNow development standards, scoping, and release workflows.
• Mentor on script performance, Flow Designer automation, and platform upgrades.
• Architect end-to-end solutions using OOTB functionality across ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, CSM, HRSD.
• Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Mid Servers.
