Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to build and maintain ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications. The role emphasizes hands‑on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization—and applying best practices for upgrade‑safe, high‑performing solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript, and CSA certification, with the ability to work 100% remotely in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped apps.
Hands‑on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization.
Apply best practices to keep the platform upgrade‑safe, clean, and performant.
