• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of system administration experience in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration and configuration experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily configuration and operational tasks for ServiceNow and supporting systems.
• Monitor performance, resource utilization, and platform stability.
• Maintain user accounts, roles, and access controls per NIH/NIAID security standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support for ServiceNow and related tools.
• Maintain runbooks, change records, and documentation.
