System One is seeking a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Manager Consultant for a 2+ year contract. Remote EST-friendly role requiring strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and deep ServiceNow SPM experience.

You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to governance and training materials. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in BA with ServiceNow, plus ITIL familiarity and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of business analysis experience with at least 2 years on ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow SPM for enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Identify, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for ServiceNow.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to design configurations.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT cycles.
• Configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Agile Development in SPM.
• Create training materials and support continuous improvement initiatives.
