Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a fully remote US-based role. The candidate will build and maintain ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM solutions, implement workflows, UI elements, and integrations while ensuring upgrade-safe, scalable code.

We require 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript, and experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and CMDB. CSA is preferred; CAD/ITSMITOM certs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 patterns used in ServiceNow.
• Deep expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Heads-on integration experience using REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.
• Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Develop scoped applications that follow platform best practices and avoid global-scope pollution.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences using widgets and AngularJS.
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations, identification rules, and data quality improvements.
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics where required.
• Participate in design reviews, document technical decisions, and support upgrades.
