Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, FSM, and CSM. You will set the architectural vision, translate business needs into designs, and guide multi-team implementation.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a track record of delivering complex integrations and platform governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecture across enterprise-level implementations.
• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• FSM: Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatch, Mobile capabilities.
• CSM: Cases, Accounts, Contacts, Service Portals, Omni-Channel.
• Platform governance, upgrades, security, performance tuning, and instance cloning strategies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow.
• Experience designing and implementing complex integrations with enterprise systems.
• Solid knowledge of authentication, authorisation, and security best practices.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and design artefacts.
• Proven experience leading client workshops and translating requirements into user stories.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the architectural vision for ServiceNow solutions and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Produce solution designs including technical specifications, data models, integrations, and security considerations.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and user stories for development teams.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption where needed.
• Establish and enforce platform governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, performance, and maintainability requirements.
• Provide guidance on upgrades and long-term platform health.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and present options.
• Design and oversee integrations with ERP, CRM, HRIS using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Define data migration strategies and ensure data integrity in ServiceNow.
• Mentor and review work of onshore/offshore developers and consultants.
