Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow Scrum Master to join our Enterprise Service Management team within Solutions Architecture & Infrastructure Platforms. You will serve as the Agile leader for ServiceNow product teams, guiding sprint execution, facilitating ceremonies, and removing delivery impediments to improve predictability and value.
You will collaborate with Product Owners, process owners, and stakeholders to translate priorities into actionable work plans, manage RAID items, and support
Qualifications
- 5+ years serving as a Scrum Master in software/ platform delivery.
- 4+ years facilitating agile delivery activities (planning, backlog, releases).
- 3+ years supporting ServiceNow platform implementations or product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for one or more ServiceNow teams; facilitate Scrum ceremonies and sprint execution.
- Refine and prioritize backlogs with Product Owners and stakeholders; translate epics into actionable work.
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean; drive continuous improvement and remove impediments.
- Identify and remove delivery risks and RAID items; monitor metrics to improve predictability and quality.
- Act as the primary coordination point across teams and leadership; report progress and dependencies.
