CVS Health is seeking a Scrum Master Manager to lead one or more Agile teams, coach Scrum Masters, and drive Agile maturity across initiatives. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Delivery Leaders to remove impediments and deliver measurable business value.

This full-time role requires 7+ years in technology, deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe, and experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Clarity.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a technology driven environment.
Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe frameworks.
Experience leading large-scale technology or business initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Clarity.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more Agile teams and coach Scrum Masters.
Drive Agile maturity and ensure delivery of strategic initiatives.
Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Delivery Leaders, and stakeholders to remove impediments and manage risks.
Support portfolio planning and financial management and enable organizational Agile transformation.
